Curtain:The rolling shutter itself consists of horizontal 1.5 mm thickness aluminum tubes interlocked by 2.5 mm
thickness aluminum links, thereis no need end caps because the aluminum links has linked with the aluminum tubes
by screws.

For heavy duty higher security, we could insert another steel tubes inside the aluminum tubes if needed. 

Bottom rail: extruded aluminum profiles to stop the dust, rain, insects going inside.

Guide rail: custom design extruded aluminum profiles, with brush strips to make the curtain runs more quietly
and smoothly. 

Shaft / Axle: made of galvanized steel, not iron with painting, to make it good looking and prevent the shaft from
getting rust. 

Operation way: manual operation by hand or hook (push up & push down), automatic operation with motor
(remote controls, switch button).

Optional:

♦  Shutter box (hood), it's optional according to the site requirement. 
♦  Photocell (infrared sensor), the door will automatically stop if meeting any barrier. 
♦  Alarm system. The motor will make alarm warning if any break in. 
♦  Safety brake for side motor, to stop the curtain fall down suddenly, normally used for big openings.

• What is the delivery time?

A: 20 days for the standard colors and 30 days for the customized. Also it depends on the specifications and quantity each order. Shipment time depends on the location of our customers.
 

• What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30% for deposit by T/T and the balance would be arranged before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, please contact with us.
 

• Can we place one or two sets for trial?

A: Yes of course, this is the better way of quality check. Also if you don't required one whole set, we have small sample in stock as well, it is free of charge, you just need to handle with the freight. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.
 

• How can I know the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requirements, it is better to provide as much as possible information such as color, size, quantity, market location, sales patterns, all of these would be of help us to quote the exact price.
 

• Can I order components instead of the full set of door?

A: Yes, as a factory we welcome business clients purchasing components of the door, such as panels, hardware's, motors, etc., to maximize the advantage of our mutual parties.
